Erin Pavy is Director of Integrate Rehab and Senior Occupational Therapist. Erin’s in-depth industry experience and her commitment to the delivery of quality services for clients with disability, particularly those with catastrophic injury, their families, guardians and carers is the foundation of Integrate Rehab’s unique business model.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, additional qualifications in financial administration and is a qualified occupational therapy driving assessor. Erin is a member of:

Jessica

Jessica has worked with Integrate Rehab for over 10 years and has over 20 years experience working as an OT with adults with neurological complex disabilities, both in hospital and community settings. Since working with Integrate Rehab, Jessica has progressed from completing complex case management, equipment prescription and facilitating home modifications in the community, to being the clinical manager, overseeing and providing training to the occupational therapy team. Jessica thoroughly enjoys mentoring and working together with the whole Integrate Rehab team to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients, as well as encouraging and supporting the clinical team to reach their own career goals and achievements.

Casey joined the Integrate Rehab team several years ago after completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (honours). She enjoys the diversity and challenge of working with people of various ages, different capabilities and within various funding schemes.
Casey has a special interest in working with people who have experienced spinal cord injuries. She enjoys providing proactive, holistic, and thorough services to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.

Caitlin graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) in 2021. Through the completion of her university placement in community-based neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, she found a passion for the profession. Caitlin values working with others to help them achieve their goals and seeks to empower individuals and their support systems. Caitlin values taking a holistic, person-centred, and evidence-based approach to ensure provision of high-quality services individualised to each client. She is a current member of Occupational Therapy Australia. Caitlin has joined the team at Integrate Rehab as a Graduate Occupational Therapist.

Elizabeth is a Report Writer for Integrate Rehab. She has 5 years’ experience editing and writing medicolegal reports. Elizabeth originally achieved a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and worked for over 10 years as a clinical physiotherapist in Australia and the United States, before deciding to pursue her passion for writing. She graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Publishing in 2018. Her previous experience in allied health enables her to write well-considered reports to assist people to achieve their rehabilitation and quality of life goals.

Madelyn is an experienced journalist and writer. She has a passion for helping others through her writing and professional work. She is committed to supporting people living with a disability to participate fully in their community. Her professional writing skills and her prior experience in allied health enable her to focus on people achieving independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Madelyn graduated from The University of Queensland in 2018 with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in writing. She spent a semester studying in New York and a year working in London.

Aliesha joins the Integrate Rehab team after completing her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, Diploma in Community Services – Case Management and Diploma in Community Services – Mental Health.
She is passionate about providing person centred and holistic services to foster great working relationships and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Aliesha has worked within the disability sector for the last seven years in various roles including personal care worker, allied health assistant and support coordinator.

Danielle joined the Integrate Rehab in 2022 as an Allied Health Assistant while completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University.
Since obtaining her registration, she continues to work at Integrate Rehab as an Occupational Therapist.
She has worked with clients across a range of settings and caseloads and has a particular interest in neurological conditions.
Danielle is committed to providing occupation-focused, person-centred services to people to help them reset, re-orientate, and recover their capacity for living.

Brooke joins the Integrate Rehab team as a New Graduate Occupational Therapist. She graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2023. Through her clinical placements, Brooke has gained well-rounded experience with a diverse caseload and worked in community and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Through these placements, Brooke developed a particular interest in working with people who have experienced stroke or spinal cord injury. Brooke is passionate about making a difference to health outcomes for individuals using evidence and a holistic and client-centred approach.

Amie graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours Class I) from The University of Queensland. She has a background in disability support work and report writing.
Amie joined Integrate Rehab in 2022 as a Report Writer to support individuals to improve their quality of life. She is passionate about working towards positive outcomes in areas of mental health, disability, and social justice. In the future, Amie intends to pursue a Master of Clinical Psychology.

Amanda Horrell joins the Integrate Rehab team in 2024 as an Allied Health Assistant.
Amanda has a background in medical sales and accounts. She has over 10 years’ experience of delivering strong customer service and is also studying a Diploma of Business.
Amanda is excited about a change in career and is looking forward to the challenges this will bring. She is passionate about helping clients fulfil their goals to enable them to live the lives they wish.

Felicity joined Integrate Rehab in 2024 as a Report Writer to assist individuals to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. She has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. Felicity practised as a lawyer in various jurisdictions for some 9.5 years prior to joining Integrate Rehab.

Isabeau newly graduated from Bond University with a master’s in occupational therapy in 2024. During her university placements, working with paediatric and return to work clients in inpatient and community settings, Isabeau developed a passion for the profession, particularly in client rehabilitation. Isabeau possesses a unique blend of clinical experience, having worked for six years as a registered nurse in cancer care services. During this time, Isabeau developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of illness and injury recovery and the importance of providing compassionate care to meet complex needs. Isabeau is committed to leveraging her nursing background with the evidence-based interventions and skills developed from her master’s program to promote holistic well-being for individuals and their support systems facing diverse challenges.

Kenny joined the team at the start of 2019 and is passionate about assisting clients to navigate through the NDIS. Kenny has diverse experience across several industries working in project support and administration for over 15 years which equips her well for her role as Administrator.
She has worked in optical retail, telecommunications, mining, and construction. Kenny holds qualifications in Business Management, Child Protection and Youth Work, and Early Childhood Education and Care.

Justine has a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from ACU and a Bachelor of Health Science (Public Health) from QUT.
Justine has a passion for empowering individuals with disability to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously worked as a support worker, classroom teacher and office manager.
Her previous roles have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the needs of people, including those with a disability, and the importance of providing tailored support to help them thrive.

Ella is an enthusiastic Administrator with a passion for helping others. Prior to joining the Integrate Rehab team in 2021, Ella worked as a project coordinator for 4 years. Ella has also worked in a range of roles including retail and hospitality management and accounts administration. Ella is passionate about disability advocacy and enjoys utilising her diverse experience in the NDIS Administrator role.
