Director and Senior Occupational Therapist

Erin Pavy is Director of Integrate Rehab Pty Ltd and Senior Occupational Therapist. Established in 2010 Integrate Rehab provides holistic Australia-wide case management, allied health and assessment services and focuses on clients with cognitive, physical and psychological injuries or disability

Erin’s in-depth industry experience and her commitment to the delivery of quality services for clients with disability, particularly those with catastrophic injury, their families, guardians and carers is the foundation of Integrate Rehab’s unique business model. Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, additional qualifications in financial administration and is a qualified occupational therapy driving assessor.

  • Case Management Society of Australia;
  • Society for the Study of Brain Impairment (ASSBI); and
  • Member of Synapse formerly Brain Injury Association of Queensland (BIAQ)

Senior Occupational Therapist

Sarah is a passionate and committed occupational therapist with specialist industry experience gained from working with multiple complex caseloads. Always focused on the best outcomes for clients, Sarah’s skills include, completion of complex assessments; report writing including medicolegal reports, equipment prescription for complex needs; developing and implementing therapy programs including cognitive rehabilitation, equine therapy and pain management.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Jessica has been an Occupational Therapist for more than 17 years. She joined Integrate Rehab in 2012 and is a highly committed and valued team member. Jessica has significant experience with community-based rehabilitation for adults with psychiatric and neurological disorders and has a particular interest in assisting the elderly remain in their own home. Jessica is a long-standing member of OT Australia.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Belinda brings over two decades of occupational therapy practice to the team at Integrate Rehab. Belinda has studied a variety of post graduate subjects focusing on both rural health and dementia awareness. In addition to this Belinda has enjoys working with both simple and complex home modifications. She attained a certificate in home modifications including provide expert access advice on renovations to private dwellings and provide access advice on building renovations. She is a long-standing member of Occupational Therapy Australia.

Occupational Therapist

Chantal graduated in 2015 from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has worked for the last two years in community based aged care and rehabilitation. Chantal has a special interest in cognitive rehabilitation and animal assisted therapy. She is member of OT Australia and registered with AHPRA.

Occupational Therapist

Karina graduated from the University of Queensland in 2016 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) and joined Integrate Rehab shortly thereafter. Karina has a keen interest in assistive technology and home modifications. Karina is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia and the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

New Graduate, Occupational Therapist

Kate graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 and joined the team at Integrate Rehab as a new graduate. She brings passion and motivation to provide high quality services as she works through the comprehensive onboarding new graduate program. Kate has a background in working with NDIS participants during university and enjoys working alongside clients and families to help them to achieve their goals. She is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia.

Administrator

Minerva provides administrative and direct client support for Integrate Rehab. Since she joined the team in 2016, Minerva has proven to be a very flexible and adaptable team member and takes on each challenge with a smile Minerva has a background in disability support work, outdoor education for children and adolescents and has commenced further education in nursing.

Tanya is an enthusiastic Administrator with high attention to detail who has recently joined Integrate Rehab. Tanya has a degree in Accounting and Auditing. She is a flexible Team player and assists our clients navigate the NDIS process from pre-application stage through to plan implementation.

Kenny has worked in project support and administration for over 15 years ranging from Optical Retail, Telecommunication, Mining & Construction. Kenny holds a Bachelor in Business Management and a Diploma in Child Protection & Youth Work.

Carly previously worked as a training coordinator for a registered training organisation as part of the projects and audit teams. Carly also holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and has experience working within the disability sector.

Amelia has come from a strong administrative background and has worked within the medical device industry for the last two years. She enjoys working with members of the community and sporting teams.

Executive Assistant

Kristy joined the Integrate Rehab team in 2019 as Executive Assistant to the Director, Erin. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance at University of Queensland, Kristy has worked in various finance and client service roles for the past eight years. 

Whilst working in the superannuation industry, Kristy gained a lot of experience assisting clients going through income protection and total and permanent disability insurance claims. She is passionate about helping others and eventually decided to make the move into disability services full time. 

New Graduate, Occupational Therapist

Casey graduated from Griffith University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has experience working with clients across a range of settings during university, and has also completed her Dissertation which has sparked her interest in research development. Since graduating, she has enjoyed working collaboratively with NDIS participants to achieve identified therapy goals. She values a client-centred and evidence-based approach when working with clients to ensure the provision of high-quality occupational therapy services. Prior to studying, Casey worked as a paralegal in a personal injuries law firm where she gained invaluable experience and insight into the complex needs of clients. She is a current member of Occupational Therapy Australia.
