Erin Pavy is Director of Integrate Rehab and Senior Occupational Therapist. Erin’s in-depth industry experience and her commitment to the delivery of quality services for clients with disability, particularly those with catastrophic injury, their families, guardians and carers is the foundation of Integrate Rehab’s unique business model.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, additional qualifications in financial administration and is a qualified occupational therapy driving assessor. Erin is a member of:

Jessica

Jessica has been an Occupational Therapist for more than 17 years. She joined Integrate Rehab in 2012 and is a highly committed and valued team member.

Jessica has diverse experience with community-based rehabilitation for adults with psychiatric and neurological disorders and has a particular interest in assisting the elderly to remain in their own home. Jessica is a long-standing member of OT-Australia.

Belinda

Senior
Occupational Therapist

Belinda

Belinda brings over two decades of occupational therapy practise to the team at Integrate Rehab. She has studied diverse post graduate subjects focusing on both rural health and dementia awareness.

Belinda enjoys designing simple and complex home modifications and provides expert advice on renovations to private dwellings and access advice on building renovations. She is a long-standing member of Occupational Therapy Australia.

Chantal

Occupational Therapist

Chantal

Chantal graduated in 2015 from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has worked in community based aged care and rehabilitation.

Chantal has a special interest in cognitive rehabilitation, equipment prescription and animal assisted therapy. She has recently commenced a Graduate Diploma of Public Health and is looking forward to commencing animal assisted therapy in her role at Integrate Rehab.

Kate graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2019 and joined the team at Integrate Rehab

Casey

Occupational Therapist

Casey

Casey graduated from Griffith University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She worked with clients across a range of settings whilst at university. Since graduating, Casey has enjoyed working collaboratively with NDIS participants to achieve identified therapy goals. She values a client-centred and evidence-based approach when working with clients as she provides of high-quality occupational therapy services.

Prior to studying, Casey worked as a paralegal in a personal injuries law firm where she gained experience and insight into the complex needs of clients. She is a current member of Occupation Therapy Australia.

Jodie

Physiotherapist

Jodie

Jodie graduated in 2009 from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has worked in metropolitan, regional and rural health settings for over 10 years providing a variety of clinical services.

Jodie has worked in occupational rehabilitation for some years. Working with various stakeholders, to safety support return to work following injury. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Sarah

Senior Occupational Therapist

Sarah

Sarah is a passionate and committed Occupational Therapist with specialist industry experience gained from working with multiple complex caseloads. Always focused on the best outcomes for clients, Sarah’s skills include completion of complex assessments, report writing including medicolegal reports, equipment prescription for complex needs, developing and implementing therapy programs including cognitive rehabilitation, equine therapy and pain management.

Minnie

Minnie provides administrative and direct client support for Integrate Rehab. Since she joined the team in 2016 and takes on each challenge with a smile.

Minnie has a background in disability support work, outdoor education for children and adolescents and has a commenced further education in nursing.

Tanya

Practice Manager

Tanya

Tanya is an enthusiastic Administrator with high attention to detail. Tanya has a degree in Accounting and Auditing.

She is a flexible team player and assists our clients to navigate the NDIS process from pre-application stage to plan implementation.

Kenny

Administrator

Kenny

Kenny joined the team at the start of 2019 and is passionate about assisting clients to navigate through the NDIS. Kenny has diverse experience across several industries working in project support and administration for over 15 years which equips her well for her role as Administrator.

She has worked in optical retail, telecommunications, mining, and construction. Kenny holds qualifications in Business Management, Child Protection and Youth Work, and Early Childhood Education and Care.

Jess is a third-year Bachelor of Occupational Therapy student at Griffith University. She is an enthusiastic member of the team who is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals. Jess is continuing to develop her professional skill-base and implements her university knowledge to contribute to client-centred work.

Eve completed her Diploma of Psychological Science in 2019 and has had hands on experience working as a support worker in the disability and child protection sectors. Prior to her support worker role, Eve worked as an executive assistant for 7 years. Eve is passionate about disability advocacy and enjoys utilising her diverse experience in the NDIS Administrator role.

Mollie is an energetic Administrator who is passionate about helping people. She prides herself in going above and beyond when providing professional and confidential support to NDIS participants as well as internal and external stakeholders. With over 10 years’ customer service and administration experience she has attained diverse skills and knowledge which enable her to work closely with the team to provide holistic care to all clients.

Amie graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours Class I) from The University of Queensland. She has a background in disability support work and report writing. Amie joined Integrate Rehab in 2022 as a Report Writer to support individuals to improve their quality of life. She is passionate about working towards positive outcomes in areas of mental health, disability, and social justice. In the future, Amie intends to pursue a Master of Clinical Psychology.

Jade

Jade has recently joined the Integrate Rehab team as a medico-legal editor. Jade brings 20 years of personal injuries experience, having worked in plaintiff personal injuries firms as well as managing claims for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurers throughout Queensland. Having worked for both plaintiff and personal injury firms and CTP insurers, she has gained valuable experience and a deep understanding of the personal injuries systems in Queensland. Jade is passionate about rehabilitation and supporting positive outcomes.

Madelyn is an experienced journalist and writer. She has a passion for helping others through her writing and professional work. She is committed to supporting people living with a disability to participate fully in their community. Her professional writing skills and her prior experience in allied health enable her to focus on people achieving independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Madelyn graduated from The University of Queensland in 2018 with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in writing. She spent a semester studying in New York and a year working in London.

Sarah

Sarah

Sarah graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2021 and has joined the team at Integrate Rehab as a New Graduate Occupational Therapist. She worked with clients across a range of settings and caseloads on her university placements, and for the last three years has worked as a support worker under the NDIS with children with intellectual disabilities. She works hard to apply a holistic, person-centered approach to each case she comes across, and is committed to helping individuals develop, recover, and maintain meaningful activities and occupations.

Caitlin graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) in 2021. Through the completion of her university placement in community-based neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, she found a passion for the profession. Caitlin values working with others to help them achieve their goals and seeks to empower individuals and their support systems. Caitlin values taking a holistic, person-centred, and evidence-based approach to ensure provision of high-quality services individualised to each client. She is a current member of Occupational Therapy Australia. Caitlin has joined the team at Integrate Rehab as a Graduate Occupational Therapist.

Elizabeth is a Report Writer for Integrate Rehab. She has 5 years’ experience editing and writing medicolegal reports. Elizabeth originally achieved a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and worked for over 10 years as a clinical physiotherapist in Australia and the United States, before deciding to pursue her passion for writing. She graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Publishing in 2018. Her previous experience in allied health enables her to write well-considered reports to assist people to achieve their rehabilitation and quality of life goals.

Kirstin

Allied Health Assistant

Kirstin

Kirstin has recently joined the Integrate Rehab team as an Allied Health Assistant. She is a dedicated member of the team who is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes. Kirstin has previously worked in both hospital and community-based rehabilitation as a multi-disciplinary Allied Health Assistant which is where she further developed her passion for helping others. Kirstin holds qualifications in Allied Health Assistance, Individual Disability Support and Children’s Services.
