Erin Pavy is Director of Integrate Rehab and Senior Occupational Therapist. Erin’s in-depth industry experience and her commitment to the delivery of quality services for clients with disability, particularly those with catastrophic injury, their families, guardians and carers is the foundation of Integrate Rehab’s unique business model.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, additional qualifications in financial administration and is a qualified occupational therapy driving assessor. Erin is a member of:

Jessica

Clinical Manager

Jessica

Jessica has worked with Integrate Rehab for over 10 years and has over 20 years experience working as an OT with adults with neurological complex disabilities, both in hospital and community settings. Since working with Integrate Rehab, Jessica has progressed from completing complex case management, equipment prescription and facilitating home modifications in the community, to being the clinical manager, overseeing and providing training to the occupational therapy team. Jessica thoroughly enjoys mentoring and working together with the whole Integrate Rehab team to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients, as well as encouraging and supporting the clinical team to reach their own career goals and achievements.

Casey

Occupational Therapist

Casey

Casey joined the Integrate Rehab team several years ago after completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (honours). She enjoys the diversity and challenge of working with people of various ages, different capabilities and within various funding schemes. Casey has a special interest in working with people who have experienced spinal cord injuries. She enjoys providing proactive, holistic, and thorough services to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.

Jennifer

Occupational Therapist

Jennifer

Jennifer joined the Integrate Rehab team after completing a master’s degree in occupational therapy at Bond University in 2024. She also brings several years of experience from Canada, where she worked as a Kinesiologist (BSc) and Gerontologist, delivering functional and mobility-focused services through a holistic approach to older adults in aged care settings. With experience as an occupational therapist across a range of clinical environments, including community, palliative, and acute care, Jennifer has developed a strong interest in cognitive and memory support as well as working with individuals with neurological conditions. She is passionate about using person-centred and evidence-based approaches to collaborate with clients and their support networks to make informed choices about their care for meaningful outcomes that promote capacity building and quality of life.

Danielle

Occupational Therapist

Danielle

Danielle joined the Integrate Rehab in 2022 as an Allied Health Assistant while completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University. Since obtaining her registration, she continues to work at Integrate Rehab as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked with clients across a range of settings and caseloads and has a particular interest in neurological conditions. Danielle is committed to providing occupation-focused, person-centred services to people to help them reset, re-orientate, and recover their capacity for living.

Chante

Occupational Therapist

Chante

Chante is an occupational therapist with experience working with adults and children following a neurological condition or physical injury. Her experience within the community and in-hospital rehabilitation has enhanced her clinical reasoning and practice strategies to support clients with complex disabilities. Prior to starting her role at Integrate Rehab, Chante worked within the NDIS space with the focus on skill development intervention, report writing and equipment prescriptions. She also engaged in leadership and mentorship of student OT’s and supported new graduate therapists. Chante is committed to building trusting relationships with her clients and colleagues, and her work is supported through evidence-based, client-centred practices. Isabeau

Occupational Therapist (New Graduate)

Isabeau

Isabeau newly graduated from Bond University with a master’s in occupational therapy in 2024. During her university placements, working with paediatric and return to work clients in inpatient and community settings, Isabeau developed a passion for the profession, particularly in client rehabilitation. Isabeau possesses a unique blend of clinical experience, having worked for six years as a registered nurse in cancer care services. During this time, Isabeau developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of illness and injury recovery and the importance of providing compassionate care to meet complex needs. Isabeau is committed to leveraging her nursing background with the evidence-based interventions and skills developed from her master’s program to promote holistic well-being for individuals and their support systems facing diverse challenges.

Kylah

Kylah joined the Integrate Rehab team as an Allied Health Assistant in 2025. Kylah is studying for a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Southern Cross University, driven by her long-term goals of becoming an Occupational Therapist working within the rehabilitation sector. With over four years of experience working in youth mental health as an administrative assistant, Kylah brings a strong and diverse allied health background to her role.

Kylah is dedicated and passionate about learning how to best support participants. She is committed to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Amie

Amie

Amie graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours Class I) from The University of Queensland. She has a background in disability support work and report writing. Amie joined Integrate Rehab in 2022 as a Report Writer to support individuals to improve their quality of life. She is passionate about working towards positive outcomes in areas of mental health, disability, and social justice. In the future, Amie intends to pursue a Master of Clinical Psychology.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a Report Writer for Integrate Rehab. She has 5 years’ experience editing and writing medicolegal reports. Elizabeth originally achieved a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and worked for over 10 years as a clinical physiotherapist in Australia and the United States, before deciding to pursue her passion for writing. She graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Publishing in 2018. Her previous experience in allied health enables her to write well-considered reports to assist people to achieve their rehabilitation and quality of life goals.

Jill

Jill

Jill joined Integrate Rehab as a Report Writer in 2025. Jill spent 10 years working in Federal Parliament as a Hansard Reporter/Editor, covering proceedings of the Senate, House of Representatives and parliamentary committees. Following this, she dedicated several years to volunteering as a Grants Writer for a number of local community organisations, helping them secure funding for a range of projects. She later continued this work professionally with the Australian Red Cross, and in recent years worked as a Legal Assistant.

Jill holds an Associate Diploma in Court and Parliamentary Reporting and a Bachelor of Arts (Justice Studies), with a focus on legal and justice policy. Jill is keen to use her skills to support individuals and communities and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Felicity

Felicity joined Integrate Rehab in 2024 as a Report Writer to assist individuals to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. She has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. Felicity practised as a lawyer in various jurisdictions for some 9.5 years prior to joining Integrate Rehab.

Amanda Horrell joins the Integrate Rehab team in 2024 as an Allied Health Assistant. Amanda has a background in medical sales and accounts. She has over 10 years’ experience of delivering strong customer service and is also studying a Diploma of Business. Amanda is excited about a change in career and is looking forward to the challenges this will bring. She is passionate about helping clients fulfil their goals to enable them to live the lives they wish.

Minnie is a longstanding team member of Integrate Rehab and has worked across various aspects of the business, most recently as an Executive Assistant. Minnie brings a variety of experience in support work disability and outdoor education.

Justine has a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from ACU and a Bachelor of Health Science (Public Health) from QUT. Justine has a passion for empowering individuals with disability to achieve their goals and live their best lives. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously worked as a support worker, classroom teacher and office manager.

Her previous roles have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the needs of people, including those with a disability, and the importance of providing tailored support to help them thrive.

Charlene has completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and worked for several years in commercial laboratories in the areas of Microbiology and Phycology. With a passion for helping others and the allied health industry, Charlene now brings over 10 years of experience in allied health administration and over 5 years of management experience to her role as Practice Manager.

Charlene is dedicated to building relationships and supporting the team to deliver their exceptional services to improve the lives of our valued clients.

Meredith

Meredith joined Integrate Rehab in 2025 as a Report Writer. She has extensive experience in health data analysis and health report writing. Meredith has a Bachelor of Health Science Nutrition and a Diploma of Business.

Meredith has practised as a Nutritionist for five years and also enjoys teaching Yoga. Her previous experience in allied health and public health enables her to write well-considered reports to assist people to achieve their rehabilitation and quality of life goals

Kenny

Kenny joined the team at the start of 2019 and is passionate about assisting clients to navigate through the NDIS. Kenny has diverse experience across several industries working in project support and administration for over 15 years which equips her well for her role as Administrator.

She has worked in optical retail, telecommunications, mining, and construction. Kenny holds qualifications in Business Management, Child Protection and Youth Work, and Early Childhood Education and Care.

Joanne brings a wealth of experience to her role with a solid background in office management and accounts, and education support within a special education setting. She holds formal qualifications in both programming and early childhood education support, demonstrating a broad and adaptable skill set.

After successfully managing a family business for seven years, Joanne is now dedicated to giving back to the community through her professional work—combining a commitment to excellence with a genuine passion for service.

Kristine brings over 15 years of administration and operations experience to her role as Administrator at Integrate Rehab. Her diverse experience across allied health, construction, and hospitality as well as her attention to detail and commitment to excellence leaves her well-equipped in her role.

Kristine holds an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and is genuinely passionate about helping individuals reach their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Ella is an enthusiastic Administrator with a passion for helping others. Prior to joining the Integrate Rehab team in 2021, Ella worked as a project coordinator for 4 years. Ella has also worked in a range of roles including retail and hospitality management and accounts administration. Ella is passionate about disability advocacy and enjoys utilising her diverse experience in the NDIS Administrator role.
