Director and Senior Occupational Therapist
Erin Pavy is Director of Integrate Rehab Pty Ltd and Senior Occupational Therapist. Established in 2010. Integrate Rehab provides holistic Australia-wide case management, allied health and assessment services and focuses on clients with physical, psychological and cognitive injuries.
Erin’s in-depth industry experience and her commitment to the delivery of quality services for clients with disability, particularly those with catastrophic injury, their families, guardians and carers is the foundation of Integrate Rehab’s unique business model. Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, additional financial and medico-legal qualifications and is a qualified occupational therapy driving assessor.

- Society for the Study of Brain Impairment (ASSBI); and
- Member of Synapse formerly Brain Injury Association of Queensland (BIAQ)
Senior Occupational Therapist: Learning and Development Manager
Jessica joined Integrate Rehab in 2018. Her ten plus years’ experience working in rehabilitation across a variety of settings including multi-disciplinary health teams experience equips her well for her multi-faceted role with Integrate Rehab. Jessica holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Health and Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, is registered with AHPRA and with the OT Board of Australia. She recently completed postgraduate qualifications in public health majoring in health management.
Jessica’s clinical and managements skills and her focus on leading and mentoring staff equip her well to contribute to Integrate Rehab’s spectrum of services.
Jessica has been an Occupational Therapist for 17 years. She joined Integrate Rehab in 2012 and has been a highly committed and valued team member since. Jessica has significant experience with community-based rehabilitation for adults with psychiatric and neurological disorders, and has a particular interest in assisting the elderly remain in their own home.

Sarah is a passionate and committed occupational therapist with specialist industry experience gained from working with multiple complex caseloads. Always focussed on the best outcomes for clients, Sarah’s skills include:
- Completion of complex assessments;
- Report writing including medicolegal reports;
- Equipment prescription for complex needs;
- Planning, monitoring and reporting on clients’ progress; and
- Liaison with stakeholders at all levels;
- Developing and implementing therapy programs including NDIS assessments, cognitive rehabilitation, equine therapy and pain management.
Belinda brings over two decades of occupational therapy practice to the team at Integrate Rehab. Belinda has studied a variety of post graduate subjects focussing on both rural health and dementia awareness. Belinda is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia. Belinda has experience and enjoys working with both simple and complex home modifications. Belinda attained in certificate in home modifications including Provide expert access advice on renovations to private dwellings and provide access on building renovations in early 2018.
Karina graduated from the University of Queensland in 2016 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) and joined Integrate Rehab shortly thereafter. Karina has a keen interest in assistive technology and home modifications. Karina is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia and the Australian Hand Therapy Association.
Asha joined Integrate Rehab as a new graduate after completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Asha’s area of interest is rehabilitation, and therapy animals. Asha is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia and The World Federation of Occupational Therapy.
Chantal graduated in 2015 from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has worked for the last two years in community based aged care and rehabilitation. Chantal has a special interest in cognitive rehabilitation. She is member of OT Australia and registered with AHPRA.
Minerva provides administrative and direct client support for Integrate Rehab. Since she joined the team in 2016, Minerva has proven to be a very flexible and adaptable team member and takes on each challenge with a grin. Minerva has a background in disability support work and outdoor education for children and adolescents.
Heather splits her time between assisting in the NDIS process and providing direct client support. Prior to joining the Integrate Rehab team, Heather was employed by the Department of Human Services in Housing Services. Heather has speciality experience in decluttering assistance and geriatrics. Heather is a qualified Allied Heath Assistant.
Tanya is an enthusiastic Administrator with high attention to detail who has recently joined Integrate Rehab. Tanya has a degree in Accounting and Auditing. She is a flexible Team player and assists our clients navigate the NDIS process from pre-application stage through to plan implementation.
